Sensorex offers a wide range of mounting solutions for most industrial applications. Choose between our In-line, submersion, insertion, and side stream mounting options.

pH electrodes for submersion systems are used in open tanks and vessels such as wastewater treatment tanks. The pH sensors can be fully immersed and mounting hardware has threads to attach pipe to protect the cables from chemical attack.

In-line mountings are ideal for replacing existing brands of in-line electrodes. In turbulent flow, they will perform as self-cleaning pH electrodes. They are available with or without temperature compensation and in our original S600 Series or our premium S8000 Series.

Insertion assembly, also known as wet-tap and hot-tap, are used through side walls of tanks or pipe diameters larger than two inches. Use of a one inch full port ball valve allows users to remove sensors from full vessels or pressurized lines.

This special in-line electrode is used in extremely oily or coating environments to increase velocity across the electrode face for maximum cleaning. Installed as bypass in a 3/4 inch line with ball valves to isolate the sensor.

Solutions for general industry, ground loop interference, flouride streams, flat surface as well as a capabilities for custom designs using various materials and unique configurations.

Short electrode service life? Electrodes shift when system is running? You may have a ground loop in your measurement system. Ground loops are fairly common and Sensorex has simple solutions to solve these issues.

Low Ionic pH applications can cause pH electrodes to appear unstable and sensitive to drift. Sensorex offers special models in low ionic configuration to help solve these issues.

Sensorex self-cleaning flat surface combination pH electrodes are available in fluoride resistant designs. A special glass formulation is used to enhance the resistance of the pH glass from fluoride attack, resulting in an extended life and reduced maintenance cost.

Sensorex pioneered the use of the Flat pH Sensitive Glass Electrodes and has been the leader in supplying this design to the industry for 20 years. All of Sensorex Flat Surface Electrodes are combination pH/Reference (or ORP/Reference) electrodes with double junctions.

The output of all pH electrodes varies with temperature in a manner predicted by the Nernst Equation. When Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) is necessary for your installation, Sensorex can supply a system to match your requirements.

All pH and ORP electrodes in the S600 and S222 series are designed for easy maintenance, using cartridge-type combination electrodes and quick-disconnect BNC connectors. Electrode installation and removal can be done in just a few seconds and no tools are needed.

Sensorex supplies pH buffers as dry powder ready to mix with 100 mL of DI water and pre-mixed ready-to-use color coded liquids--blue for 10 pH, red for 4.01 pH, and yellow for 7 pH. Several other useful chemicals are available. Electrode storage solution will help you to maximize the storage life of all your electrodes such as reference electrode refill solutions as well as several types of gels are available.

All pH circuits require a high impedance preamplifier to which the electrode connects. This preamplifier is available to come either as a part of the the meter or as a separate external component. Many process controllers require external preamplifiers to match the electronic circuit's impedance gain to the actual pH electrode.

ORP Simulators will help you easily to troubleshoot problems with your ORP control system. They will permit you to identify quickly which component in the system is causing a system measurement error.

The ORPMA is a two-wire, 4-20 mA blind transmitter which provides a low cost solution for converting the signal of an ORP electrode into a 4-20mA output. It is ideal for direct input into PLC or other devices. A loop powered display can be used for local display if required. Multi-turn pots allow adjustment of zero and span.

The economical Sensorex PHAMP-1 is a battery powered in-line design. It is designed to boost the signal and lower the impedance from an ORP electrode to an ORP monitor, controller, or transmitter. It can be used for long cable runs of up to 1,200 feet (300 meters). Use this preamplifier when your instrument is not designed to power a remote amplifier. The PHAMP-1 has an operational output of +/- 2000 mV.

12mm diameter epoxy body designs are available for lab and portable use. They feature graphite or platinum ring measuring surfaces. Available cell constants are k = 0.1, k= 1.0, and k= 10.0. Sensors can be supplied with or without ATC elements for automatic temperature compensation.

Sensorex offers a comprehensive selection of process conductivity sensors. Choose from inductive non-contacting toroidal, contacting low cost graphite, or a variety of 316SS cells for boilers and sanitary applications.

For economical conductivity measurements, our durable epoxy body series can be used in-line or submersible with the use of inexpensive threaded mounting glands.

Multiple 316SS conductivity sensors are available. Our boiler sensors are designed for operating conditions up to 200°C and 250 psig. For high pressure applications our HP series will handle pressures up to 300 psig at 100°C.

These sensors are specifically designed for mounting into 1", 1.5", and 2" Tri-Clover fittings. They are perfect for food and pharmaceutical applications.

Inductive non-contacting toroidal conductivity cells resist fouling and coatings common with contacting cells. They feature a very wide measuring range from near 0 - 2,000,000 uS. Use for long term deployment with no maintenance

A comprehensive selection of NIST Conductivity Standard solutions are available. Choose from a variety of mixed salt PPM or uS (Microsiemen) solutions for your calibration requirements. Low cost transmitters, fittings, and other accessories are also available.

Sensorex produces quality NIST tracebable calibration standards. They are available in a variety of TDS (PPM) or Microsiemen values. NIST certificates are also available for a processing fee.

Sensorex currently offers a compact, low cost, loop-powered conductivity transmitter with a 4-20 mA output for use with contacting conductivity probes. Also offered is the TCSMA transmitter for our toroidal inductive sensors. It is perfect for your PLC, Data Logger, or other 4-20 mA input devices.

Our laboratory dissolved oxygen probe features highly reliable and fast response galvanic technology. The compact design is versatile enough to be used as a hand-held sensor or an economical on-line DO solution.

The DO500 and DOMA 4-20mA loop-powered transmitters allow a galvanic DO sensor signal to be sent as a 4-20mA loop (DO6400 series, 971651).

Sensorex DO sensor maintenance kits are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Customers should typically replace membranes once or twice a year.

The first two sensors in our amperometric sanitizer sensor line are the FCL (Free Chlorine) and CLD (Chlorine Dioxide) series. Sensors provide a real time ppm reading. The 4-20 mA output provides for interfacing to a wide variety of instrumentation options.

The FCL series Free Chlorine sensors are available for real time 0-2ppm, 0-5ppm and 0-10ppm measurements. An isolated 4-20mA output offers versatility in interfacing these sensors.

The FC72 flow cell is designed for mounting our amperometric CLD and FCL series sensors. It provides 1/4 inch FNPT ports for in-line installation. Use of a flow meter (Model FM001) is recommended to ensure accurate flow control. The FCLA7000 photometer is used to perform on-line calibrations.

The CLD series chlorine dioxide sensors are available for real time, 0-2ppm and 0-10ppm measurements. An isolated 4-20mA output offers versatility in interfacing these sensors.
