ORP Simulators will help you easily to troubleshoot problems with your ORP control system. They will permit you to identify quickly which component in the system is causing a system measurement error.

The ORPMA is a two-wire, 4-20 mA blind transmitter which provides a low cost solution for converting the signal of an ORP electrode into a 4-20mA output. It is ideal for direct input into PLC or other devices. A loop powered display can be used for local display if required. Multi-turn pots allow adjustment of zero and span.

The economical Sensorex PHAMP-1 is a battery powered in-line design. It is designed to boost the signal and lower the impedance from an ORP electrode to an ORP monitor, controller, or transmitter. It can be used for long cable runs of up to 1,200 feet (300 meters). Use this preamplifier when your instrument is not designed to power a remote amplifier. The PHAMP-1 has an operational output of +/- 2000 mV.
