pH electrodes for submersion systems are used in open tanks and vessels such as wastewater treatment tanks. The pH sensors can be fully immersed and mounting hardware has threads to attach pipe to protect the cables from chemical attack.

In-line mountings are ideal for replacing existing brands of in-line electrodes. In turbulent flow, they will perform as self-cleaning pH electrodes. They are available with or without temperature compensation and in our original S600 Series or our premium S8000 Series.

Insertion assembly, also known as wet-tap and hot-tap, are used through side walls of tanks or pipe diameters larger than two inches. Use of a one inch full port ball valve allows users to remove sensors from full vessels or pressurized lines.

This special in-line electrode is used in extremely oily or coating environments to increase velocity across the electrode face for maximum cleaning. Installed as bypass in a 3/4 inch line with ball valves to isolate the sensor.
