DO Sensor Maintenance Kits

Dissolved Oxygen Sensor Accessories and Replacement parts are readily available from stock.  

DO maintenance kits available for the DO6400 Series sensors:

1. DO6050 kit: Includes 5 membranes, 5 membrane o-rings, 5 each membrane tension washer, 1 each 250 mL bottle of electrolyte.
2. DO6051 kit: Includes 25 membranes, 25 membrane o-rings, 25 each membrane tension washer, 3 each 500 mL bottle of electrolyte.        

Select the kit with the membrane material you prefer: Teflon or HDPE.

Sensorex DO sensors can be "re-membraned" without special training or experience in just a few minutes.

Membranes

For Aquaculture installations, the Teflon (PTFE) membrane is selected most often. Teflon is rugged and resists tears, abrasions, and UV sunlight. The slippery surface of the Teflon resists the adhesion of biological matter.

HDPE membranes have a slightly wider span range. This increased span provides improved degrees of measurement acuity for applications where accuracy is more important than maintenance.
