These high quality electrodes will provide excellence performance at a price that offers superior value.  These electrodes may be used for General Purpose applications.  They are provided with the cables fixed and hard-wired to the electrode, or with our popular cartridge style connections (series S222).

The General Purpose pH electrodes are available with spherical or flat pH sensitive glass bulb designs. Choose either single or double junction construction.

Fixed Cables with Threaded Body

Sensorex is pleased to announce the availability of our new submersion and in-line pH electrodes.  These rugged pH electrodes (S260 Series) are provided with a molded Ryton body that is available with a 1/2" or 3/4" male NPT threads on each end.  You may use these electrodes in a standard threaded 1/2" or 3/4" pipe tee, or submerse them into a tank.  The S270 series Ryton electrodes feature 3/4" threads and are available for temperatures and pressures up to 100 degrees C and 100 psig (Standard de-rating applies) 10ft of waterproof coaxial cable is standard.  Special cable lengths are available at additional cost.  Specify type of connector required at time of order.

The Ryton body provides excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals.  Ryton provides excellent temperature resistance up to 80 degrees C.  Pressure rating is 0 to 70 psig.  Wetted materials include pH glass, HDPE or Pelon and silicone.

Quick Disconnect Cartridge Style Electrodes

Our popular S222 series electrodes are an easy, and very economical means of measuring pH in-line in pipe Tee fittings, or submersed into tanks.

For in-line use,  Sensorex Electrode Glands are designed to be used with the S222C and the S222CD Combination pH/Reference Electrode.  Available in 1/2" NPT (FC50P) and 3/4" NPT(FC75P) versions, they can be used at temperatures up to 80 degrees C and pressures as high as 70 psig.   The glands are reusable, and fit standard threaded pipe Tees.

The gland uses an O-ring seal and has a stainless steel gripper to assure electrode retention.  Gland materials contacting the sample are polypropylene and buna-N. For the electrodes, materials contacting the sample include epoxy, silicone rubber, nylon and glass.

With the use of 1/2 inch NPT threads of the S653 Cable Assembly, the quick disconnect S222 electrodes can also be used in Submersion Applications. This configuration reduces maintenance time when the electrode has to be removed for calibration or cleaning. In addition to the S222C or S222-ORP electrode, also order the S653 Cable Assembly and specify the required cable length and connector to mate with your pH transmitter or controller.
